Is this Islam Hadhari the Prime Minister so religiously promotes. Even PAS has not destroyed our temples. In fact as soon as Nik Aziz became Mentri Besar of Kelantan in 1990 he invited the Hindus in Kota Baru to build a temple for themselves there..

Dear Indians, the time has come to start thinking of a land which will give us better rights. In the name of so called ‘perpaduan’ (unity), a great degree of deceiving prevails. Sad to see how a form of ethnic cleansing in a very subtle manner is being undertaken. This is not the firs time, I am very sure.

At least, these temples have been built for the well being of all, cause devotees regard all beings as god’s child. We do not segregate just because we inherit a different faith. why do we have temples in the night and day shift — and the priest which arent qualified to be one. why cant we just pray in our day shift temples or incorparate this small shrines around into the big temples why?….

why our big temples dont offer this kind of night shift activities……

they are some simply building this temples every 2 km under a tree without proper approach which gives others the reason to this kind of things.

saya rasa seperti ada gerakan yang mahu memecahkan perpaduan negara. paklah kena bawa ke peringkat kabinet kenapa pihak mpsa dan pihak berkuasa bertindak di luar batasan kemanusiaan sedangkan hari raya besar orang hindu hampir tiba. kenapa tak boleh bersabar dan di bawak berunding, mungkin pewawai kerajaan yang mengarahkan itu adalah dari parti pembangkang dan sengaja mahukan timbul kebencian kepada pemimpin.mintak paklah siasat dan ambil tindakan kepada pegawai kerajaan yang melampau.

I’m not a budah, tapi saya sedih bila melihat rumah ibadat sesuatu kaum itu dirobohkan. Mengapa mereka sering tidak berlaku adil kepada penganut agama yang lain di Malaysia? Jika kerajaan hendak menyelesaikan masala ketiadaan permit, apa salah nya keluarkan permit untuk kuil tersebut daripada merobohkan nya.

Hari ini mereka merobohkan Kuil, besok mungkin mereka akan meroboh Tokong atau Gereja dan lusa mungkin mereka akan menghapuskan penganut agama ini. To all indian people, kita boleh mengubah semua ini dengan memberi sedikit pengajaran kepada kerajaan sekarang. Harus ada suara pembangkang yang kuat untuk mengimbangi kerajaan agar mereka tidak sesuka hati bertindak seperti apa yang terjadi sekarang.

PERHIMPUNAN RAKYAT MENUNTU PILIHAN RAYA BERSIH
KEMUDIAN BERARAK KE ISTANA NEGARA

KUALA LUMPUR, 7 Nov (Hrkh) - Pelbagai usaha dilakukan oleh gabungan parti pembangkang untuk menarik minat orang ramai menyertai Perhimpunan Aman Bersih pada 10 November ini bagi menuntut pilihan raya yang adil dan bersih.

Hari ini gabungan parti pembangkang itu melancarkan kempen himpunan Aman 10 November sebagai persiapan awal untuk menghebahkan kepada orang ramai menyertainya.

Pengerusi Perhimpunan Aman Bersih yang juga Naib Presiden PAS, Mohamad Sabu, menyeru orang ramai untuk sama-sama berhimpunan di Dataran Merdeka Sabtu ini untuk menuntut satu pilihan raya yang bebas.

Sebagai pelancaran kempen itu, beberapa pimpinan parti pembangkang antaranya Bendahari PAS Dr Hatta Mohd Ramli, Ajk PAS Pusat Dr Syed Azman Syed Nawawi, Dr Dzulkifli Ahmad, Naib Presiden Parti Keadilan Rakyat Sivarasa Rasiah dan Ajk DAP Ronnie Liu turut sama mengedar risalah tentang himpunan tersebut di hadapan Pejabat Agung PAS, Jalan Raja Laut.

Mohamad Sabu, yang juga sama-sama mengedar risalah turut berucap di hadapan Pejabat Agung PAS meminta rakyat seluruhnya turun dan tunjukkan tanggungjawab mereka untuk menuntut keadilan dari kerajaan.

Sementara itu, Sivarasa yang juga mengambil kesempatan berucap di tengah-tengah kesesakan lalu lintas berharap, Yang Di Pertuan Agong mencadangkan kepada kerajaan untuk menubuhkan Suruhanjaya Di Raja bagi melakukan reformasi pilihan raya.

“Kita seru Agong menolak permintaan kerajaan untuk mengadakan pilihan raya selagi reformasi pilihan raya tidak dibuat,” katanya. - mr

Kerajaan Negeri Selangor ingin menjelaskan kekeliruan yang ditimbulkan oleh pihak yang berkepentingan politik, terutamanya PKR, yang telah menyebarkan maklumat melalui Sistem Pesanan Ringkas (SMS) serta menghasut penganut-penganut Hindu di Malaysia untuk bertindak tidak mengikut peraturan.

Adalah perlu dinyatakan bahawa tanah setinggan Rimba Jaya, Shah Alam bukanlah milik kerajaan negeri seperti yang didakwa. Sebaliknya ia dimiliki sebuah syarikat swasta yang kemudiannya gulung tikar dan diletakkan di bawah Danaharta.

Danaharta kemudiannya membenarkan sebuah syarikat baru mengambil alih tanah tersebut. Berikutan pengambil alihan ini, syarikat tersebut perlu memajukan kawasan yang diambil alih bagi mendapatkan kembali pulangan modal yang telah dikeluarkan ketika mengambil alih tanah ini.

Oleh kerana di atas tanah tersebut terdapat 1121 setinggan yang tinggal, maka Kerajaan Negeri Selangor telah mengenakan syarat supaya syarikat tersebut menyediakan rumah-rumah kos rendah dengan subsidi RM 7, 000.00 sekeluarga/seunit kepada semua keluarga setinggan.

Pada peringkat awal syarikat tidak mahu membina rumah kos rendah dan rumah ibadat kepada umat Islam dan Hindu.

Namun Kerajaan Negeri bertegas bahawa kawasan itu tidak bolah dimajukan selagi syarikat pemaju tidak mengemukakan pelan yang meliputi pembinaan rumah kos rendah serta menyediakan kawasan tapak untuk surau dan kuil secara percuma dan sah.

Setelah syarikat bersetuju dengan syarat yang dikenakan, Kerajaan Negeri telah mengeluarkan notis pertama pada 2005.

Walau bagaimanapun penduduk tidak bersetuju dengan tawaran pemilik tanah yang dibuat melalui Kerajaan Negeri. Dalam hal ini Kerajaan Negeri telah menjadi orang tengah untuk berunding untuk mendapatkan penyelesaian yang menguntungkan kedua belah pihak.

Setelah diadakan rundingan, lapan puluh peratus (80%) penduduk bersetuju dengan tawaran tersebut. Mereka berpindak ke rumah Council yang telah disediakan di Shah Alam juga.

Apabila notis kedua dikeluarkan, terdapat 11 pemilik rumah tidak bersetuju dan memfailkan kes ini di Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam. Perbicaraan telah dijalankan di antara peguam pemilik tanah dengan peguam setinggan.

Keputusan mahkamah mengatakan bahawa setinggan perlu kosongkan kawasan tersebut dan pemilik tanah berhak bersihkan kawasan tanah tersebut. Setinggan memfailkan permohonan ke Mahkamah Tinggi dan keputusan memihak kepada pemilik tanah. Pihak setinggan sekali lagi memfailkan kes ke Mahkamah Tinggi Rayuan. Keputusan tetap menyebelahi kepada pemilik tanah kerana itu adalah tanah persendirian.

Pemilik tanah telah memohon bantuan kerajaan negeri untuk membersihkan kawasan tersebut dan kerajaan Negeri bertanggungjawab mengikut Akta Kanun Tanah Negara membantu proses pembersihan tersebut. Kerajaan negeri sekali menyatakan bahawa pembersihan ini hanya dilakukan jika tapak kuil disediakan dan rumah kos rendah mesti dibina.

Setelah pemaju menyediakan tapak kuil tersebut barulah notis ketiga dikeluarkan pada 3 Oktober 2007.

Penyediaan tapak kuil ini adalah persetujuan yang telah pun dinyatakan oleh pemilik kuil dan juga telah dipersetujui lebih awal oleh oleh Mendiang Dato? K Sivalinggam dalam mesyuarat EXCO Kerajaan Negeri tahun lalu. Kedua-duanya memberi persetujuan dengan syarat tapak kuil baru disediakan sebelum dirobohkan tapak sedia ada.

Hakikatnya kerajaan Negeri telah memberi peluang selama 3 tahun untuk proses pemindahan dijalankan secara teratur dan baik.

Kerajaan Negeri terpaksa mengambil tindakan perobohan mengikut Undang-undang Kanun Tanah Negara untuk membenarkan pembangunan dibuat. PBT tidak mahu dituduh tidak mengikut arahan mahkamah.

Pemaju juga telah sanggup membayar ganti rugi, yang mungkin ada, untuk pemindahan kuil.

Malangnya, pihak pembangkang telah mempengaruhi penganut Hindu dari luar supaya datang untuk berkumpul di kuil sehingga sami kuil itu sendiri tidak boleh masuk ke kuil pada hari ini.

Kerajaan Negeri sebenarnya telah memberi banyak masa dan peluang.

Untuk makluman Penganut hindu di Selangor, Kerajaan Negeri telah menghalalkan beberapa kuil haram seperti yang telah dicadangkan oleh Pertubuhan Hindu Sanggam. Malah premium tanah yang dikenakan juga adalah minimum.

Tuduhan mengatakan Kerajaan Negeri tidak membantu agama lain adalah tidak benar. Kerajaan Negeri telah menyediakan kawasan yang besar di Batu Caves tanpa gangguan Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT).

Malah Kerajaan Negeri telah menyediakan peruntukan sebanyak RM 3 juta untuk rumah ibadat bukan Islam.

Komitmen kerajaan Negeri untuk membantu menyediakan kemudahan kepada rumah Ibadat tidak perlu dipertikaikan. Adalah menjadi menjadi kewajipan Kerajaan Negeri Selangor menyediakan kemudahan beribadat kepada semua kaum berdasarkan kebebasan beragama.

Kepada penganut agama Hindu, Kerajaan Negeri Selangor merasakan bahawa tindakan yang dibuat adalah mengikut undang-undang dan peraturan.

Harapan kami bahawa penganut Hindu boleh membina rumah Ibadah setelah mendapat kelulusan dari pertubuhan Hindu Sanggam. Kerajaan Negeri tiada halangan memberi kelulusan.

Janganlah kita terpengaruh dengan orang yang mempunyai kepentingan politik kerana agama tidak sepatutnya dipergunakan untuk mendapat keuntungan politik murahan.

Semoga tuhan mengetahui apa dilakukan dan memberi kekuatan kepada kita menegakkan kebenaran.

Kerajaan Negeri juga ingin mengucapkan selamat menyambut Hari Deepavali kepada semua penganut agama Hindu.

Sebagai anak Jati Melayu, saya rasa malu dengan sikap Mentri Besar Khir Toyo, maklum sahajalah di anak keturunan Jawa, yang menikmati kehidupan sebagai Bumiputera walaupun generasi kedua datang ke Tanah Melayu dengan perahu sebagai pendatang haram satu masa dulu. Di Jawa mereak ikut adaty Hindu Majapahit tapi bila di Malaysia mereka nak tonjol mereka ini lebih Islam. hakikatnya Khir rasa tergugat sebab orang Melayu tulen dah kenal anak Jawa ini ynag tumpang nak jadi Bumi.
Wahai Saudara ku, bukan semua orang Melayu yang perangai beruk mcm Khir, yang tulen itu tinggi budi bahasanya dan kita tidak akan sampai ke tahap terlampau untuk merobohkan tempa suci. Ornag Melayu memang dari dulu lagi rapat dengan kuam India kerana adat kita yang sama.
Tetapi bila pendatang dari negara jiran membanjiri Tanah Melayu, senario ini berubah, mereka pula nak jadi lebih Melayu daripada nak jati tanah ini, saudara bandinglah dengan Melayu di Pahang, Kedah, Terengganu, Perlis, DENGAN Johor dan Selangor, mans satu lebih mesra, adakalah saya rasa malu dengan perangai agresif segolongan yang akui Melayu tapi bukan, saudara marti kita bersatu, orang Melayu bukan bodoh lagi, kita dah kenal siapa orang ini yang ingin merosakan imej kita.. kebanyakan ini daslah anak dari negara jiran, yang mudah lupa. Wahai rakyat jelata.. jangan terpedaya dengan kata kata kerajaan. Marilah kita bersepakat untuk memberi mandat kepada parti pembangkang supaya BN tidak mendapat kemenangan majoriti. Jika BN menang dengan lebih 2/3. Jika tidak mereka akan bermaharajalela mengahpuskan kaum minoriti.

Now they too exploited the indians and filled up the estates with Indons and Bangla…Indians wake up

It’s funny that i only see in the News paper that the people who get hurt is either the police or the police car… What happen to the mother who is in her 50’s or the people at the temple?

Tan Seri Muhyiddin Yassin was right when he mentioned that the county could collapse when this goes on but hei why didn’t they think about it before demolishing the Temple! And why didn’t the PM looked deeper in this situtation before the gathering started? They should have known better that they have touched a sensitive issue! Why didn’t they react fast to prevent anything else to happen? It shows how much they concern about other religions. I read that the police ‘had’ to take action! Why!? Where the any rough situation to do so what they did!!? Human Rights! Where!!! i ask in M’sia!? Do we get the same previleg like them???… High interest for the banks or discounts on buying houses. I am not only talking for Indians here but also for other races..It’s so embrassing to read in the newspaper in UK mentioning 100 students from M’sia had to be send back because lack of english! They get all… Not only education paid for overseas but also pocket money.. As for the rest of us not only we had to pay ourselves for education but also had to work on weekends to support of ourselves.. This is only for the previleged family but what about family who is so smart but due to poor background can’t futher the studies?.We certainly didn’t start this but they provoked it first… They sholudn`t have done what they did.. I thought Malaysia stands for unity, humbleness but i don’t see it in this situation…I can’t believe that we can be so voilence… SAD!!! I think the Goverment should have just apologise to calm the situation down and not to pass any arrogant remarks like don’t missuse the freedom… Hard action will be taken… THis makes the situation worst.. I think it’s about time we stand up for our rights… We are Malaysians too! We have the same rights as we were here from the beginnings. Enough is enough and now we shall stand for our rights… Please lets stop taking about indians here or indians there.. Fact is nobody have the rights to throw stones! We are not in iran or iraq! or maybe!!? This is the starting if we don’t put our feet down….I hope we all stand as a nation and i mean not only the indians but other non muslims. And i hope the goverment will do something about it… With Humbleness and understanding!

Use of Bahasa Melayu is in the condition of one to be granted citizenship Jus Soli. Use of Bahasa Melayu was to be made compulsory in all aspect of official affairs 10 years after independence.

In fact, the malays were considerate enough because for non citizen of (pre-independence) Malaya who can’t speak Bahasa Melayu, 1 year relieve is given for them to be able to learn to speak malay if they want to apply citizenship.

i just dont understand about our government. we are a multi racial country so government need to listen to everyone.But they are avoiding those who voice up and being really cruel.I knew about the special standard for bumiputera, as i also an educated person. We are not questioning about that,indians only asking for their rights.I also have malay, chinese friends and im not a racist. Almost 50 years indians strongly support BN.Im seeing this since small everytime election my father and other indians will gather and give support to BN candidate. They reaaly respect them and call them datuk. Now something had happened until the indian and not happy. They had tried to voice out, give memorandum to badawi but he just ignored. When others voice out for these poorvictims they called us terrorist. I just wonder badawi should have atleast listen to them eventhough he wont do anything for the poor ppl. But he denied. Is he reaaly qualified to be a PM?He dont even know to tackle the ppl.hmmm poor badawi…making thins worst…
